Roman Klott, Dipl.-Kfm.(FH), MRICS holds a real estate management degree and gained professional experience in real estate marketing, management and financing throughout several posts in major German real estate companies. Answering on the growing demand for professional real estate services in Serbia and neighbouring countries, he established Atrium in 2004, today one of the market leaders in its field. Mr. Klott has achieved a long-term growth by developing Atrium's services constantly. Today, Atrium is active in the entire SEE region, offering commercial and residential brokerage services, property and facility management, valuation and advisory services and green building services. Mr. Klott was elected as Chartered Surveyor in 2010.

Bryan Beaton - Managing Director


Bryan Beaton, MBA MRICS RV is a RICS Registered Valuer.  He also holds a domestic valuation license in Serbia.  Bryan holds an MBA in Real Estate and Construction from the University of Reading, UK. Moreover, he also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business and Admin. from Simon Fraser University, Canada.  Mr. Beaton held the position of Head of Valuation in King Sturge/JLL for seven years.  His valuation and consultancy portfolio clients included regional companies such as Aviv Arlon, GTC, Plaza Centers, Heitman Brothers, Immofinanz, Delhaize, etc.  Bryan recently left Unicredit Group where he was the Managing Director of companies UCTAM and Ambassador Park Dedinje where he successfully acquired, managed and disposed of real estate assets.  Mr. Beaton joined NAI Atrium as Managing Director because of his leadership, experience and success on the real estate market in Serbia.

Tamara Matejic - Residential Services Manager

Tamara started her career in real estate back in 2006, when she started working for Colliers International, as a Real Estate Consultant in Residential brokerage department. She was responsible for sourcing residences and tenants, as well as negotiating lease contracts for foreign and domestic individuals and companies. Over the years, Tamara became a valuable part of the company because she always took interest in the whole aspect of her client’s needs, always monitored what the competition was doing and she always showed interest in the entire company she worked for, not just her sector.

Since Colliers, Tamara briefly changed the industries, working for NBG Leasing and Top-Lux travel agency, when she finally joined Nai atrium in April 2014, as a Residential Services Manager.


Ivica Jovanovic - Head of Valuation

Ivica Jovanovic graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade at 2006, with major in management. His professional carrier started at 2006, as contolling assistant in Schneider Electric doo Serbia. At 2007 Mr. Jovanovic started with his employment in one of the "Big four", company PricewaterhouseCoopers Serbia, where he was working for three years as an associate in the assurance department. During his employment in PwC, he has been involved in numerous assurance assessments, management and financial advisory assignments in South-eastern Europe.

Afterwards, Mr. Jovanovic gained experience at BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance in Serbia, where he was working at first as a Senior Valuation Consultant and from 2011 as a Head of Valuation and investment advisory department. Mr. Jovanovic became fully engaged in carrying out property valuations reports, market research studies and investment advisory, carried out valuations of different types of properties, including office, retail, residential and client acquisition.

In February 2015, Mr. Jovanovic joined the NAI team as Head of the valuation department. From the very start of his work in the company, he became fully engaged in business development and client acquisition, carrying out property valuations reports, market research and feasibility studies and investment advisory. In June 2015 Ivica has become a Recognized European Valuer (REV) through a TEGoVA Member Association.

Diana Klott - Marketing Manager

Diana Klott is originally from Bucharest and graduated the “International Relations and European Integration” Faculty (BA) and started her career in Atrium 13 years ago. She speaks fluent 6 languages  (Romanian, Serbian, English, German, Hungarian, Spanish) and obtained language certificates.

Diana Klott has a working experience in the agency business, finance and marketing and is responsible for the coordination between the three offices in Serbia, Bulgaria and Slovakia.Since 2004 she was in charge with the company presentation at all major real estate events like MIPIM, MAPIC, Expo Real and Real Vienna where NAI atrium and Atrium Consulting was exhibiting every year.

Ognjen Mladenovic - Valuation Assistant

Ognjen Mladenovic graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, on department Finance, Banking and Insurance in 2015. Ognjen has finished Master in Finance on IE Business school Madrid in 2017. His professional career has started in construction company Jonimpex where he was working as Finance assistant. During the tenure in Jonimpex, Ognjen came in contact with Serbian real estate market, especially Smederevo and Belgrade, and get to know it better through financing and developing various residential buildings and locals.  Ognjen maintained and developed relationships with big producers of construction materials such as Bekament, Rockwool, Roefix, Baumit, Keramika Jovanovic, Egger and Helios. Ognjen worked in the sales department of Gray Line LTD in New York City in 2014.

In March 2018., Ognjen joined NAI atrium as Valuation Assistant, where from the beginning he is involved in creating Valuation reports, market research and consulting for investment purposes. 

Sandra Jonovic - Residential Services Assistent

Sandra has graduated from the Faculty for Special Education and Rehabilitation, University of Belgrade, with a Master’s degree in Defectology. She gain previous experience being volunteer in different non-profit organisations and as a sales representative in R&B medical company. Sandra has strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.

Throught internship program, on the position of Marketing and Communication Intern in Ernst & Young, Sandra decided to continue her career development in the Real Estate, and became our new team member in July 2018.
